A safe space for growth and healing

Hi, I’m Hannah.

One of my core foundations at Known Counselling is the belief that feeling seen and heard is essential to healing and growth. I understand that it can be difficult to share your innermost thoughts and feelings, and I am here to listen without judgment and support you through your journey.

I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment with my clients and believe that the client is the expert in their own life. We will work together to create goals and plans that work for you.  Living with anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns can be isolating, disempowering and hopeless. With the right support and treatment, it is possible to improve quality of life and manage the symptoms you’re experiencing.

If one is truly to succeed in leading a person to a specific place, one must first and foremost take care to find him where he is and begin there. This is the secret in the entire art of helping.

Soren Kierkegaard

In a world in which we experience such deep desire and such great grief, we find coursing through all of it our unquenchable longing to be known.

Curt Thompson
